Chapter namenames: VariousThe various ways implementationof implementing them and why should I care

I see many times, that author gives chaptersauthors use various names formatting likename formats for chapters:

  • "***"
  • "Twenty Four"
  • "Chapter 5"
  • "XIX"
  • "Last Resort"
  • "Ad notam" (or something latinLatin or any foreign, (!not author!) language)

1.For which reason i need to use any of these methods of naming? Does there any hidden technique?

For example, if i want write a 'thinking' book, i will name chapters with Roman digits. (not sure, but as example)
If i want to write a 'funny' book, i will name chapters with 'funny' names.

2.Can i name my chapters in different from story language?
Use Latin language for chapter and use English language for story, for example.

Thank you for explanation!
