I have compellingly real-seeming dreams often, some of which are surreal and some of which are not. And I've had very realistic nightmares on more than one occasion. People's dream lives are very idiosyncratic. You don't have to be insane to have realistic dreams (not that I'm necessarily an ideal representative of sanity). | |
