Try to hit a bulletpoint, on average, every 2-3 paragraphs (some might naturally follow on in the same paragraph, some may need more story to set up) So, for example, at one point your character needs to contact someone - and an older character reminisces about how much easier it was before S.W.O.R.D. disabled the internet/cell phones.
